🏛️ Ruin Bars
With several bars and live music, this garden is a true gem of the city we really suggest you don’t skip. Super unique interior on several floors, with maze-like interior. It’s hard to describe, because there’s nothing else like it.
Ruin pub and club, with a unique beer garden-like atmosphere, burgers, arcade games and several dance floors. Don’t miss the downstairs area, this place is massive!
An outdoor bar in the heart of the city with the vibes of a beach bar. They also serve great food, and have cheap lunch menus on weekdays!
This ruin bar - as you’d expect from the bar of a party hostel - brings the backpacker vibes you’re looking for, and its decoration of plants creates a jungle-like atmosphere.
Csendes Létterem - This indoor bar brings a bohemian style decoration and atmosphere, with reasonable prices and good selection of drinks.

This one is for the views! Unfortunately, most rooftop bars are rather pricey compared to the Budapest standards. Booking in advance is advised for either of them!
Leo Rooftop - A little jungle above the city! It’s classy, elegant, and has breathtaking views of both the river and the city! Be prepared, this one is not for those on a budget!
White Raven Skybar & Lounge - Located on top of the Hilton Hotel in the Buda Castle, this place is as exclusive as it gets! The views are as good as it gets, but the bar is outside, so they might be closed on rainy days! Book in advance to avoid an unpleasant surprise.
High Note Sky Bar - A chill, laid back vibe, with amazing cocktails and some tasty meals! The views aren’t quite as nice as the others, but the atmosphere makes up for it!
